Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at support@fatimakazmii.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Clearly write the RA number on the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or was sent in error.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
